So it's Been a Couple of Weeks

Haha so it has been a couple weeks.... Oops! Don't worry I am here and loving life. We have managed to stay plenty busy and seem to barely have enough energy to get by. Most definitely the Atonement playing a role in our life's. We are so tired by the end of the day but somehow, still have the energy needed to get everything done that we have to. The Atonement is real everyone!!

So I guess some things that have been going on. So we are able to go and do service now! Very limited but we can and it is awesome! A while back we would go to this farm and help them with whatever they needed help with; well we are back there and it is super fun. The last couple times we have gone we have weeded, harvested onions and zucchini. It is so nice to go and get some sun. It also helps break up our day a little so that we have something else to do once a week.

This last week, we'll about a week and a half ago, we made a really cool video for the Facebook page. What we did is had a bunch of  people show up at different times and we would paint their hand and then they would put in on the piece of paper. We would take a picture after each one. We even got a dog to do it! Under the white paper was a picture of Jesus so then little by little we uncovered Jesus and it turned out super cool! I share it on my Facebook and so give it a like and share! It is a super easy way to share the gospel.

In April 1997, Boyd K. Packer gave a talk called "Washed Clean". He says, "It was through reading the scriptures, and listening, that I could understand, at least in part, the power of the Atonement. Can you imagine how I felt when finally I could see that if I followed whatever conditions the Redeemer had set, I need never endure the agony of being spiritually unclean? Imagine the consoling, liberating, exalting feeling that will come to you when you see the reality of the Atonement and the practical everyday value of it to you individually. You need not know everything before the power of the Atonement will work for you. Have faith in Christ; it begins to work the day you ask!" The power of the Atonement isn't just for your sins, He suffered for your 'pains, afflictions, and temptations of every kind' (Alma 7:11-12) So that he could help you with the little personal things that only you go through. He knows how it feels when there is problem after problem in your life. He know EVERYTHING!! We just have to ask and the power of the Atonement will work in your life. It is such a beautiful thing.
