Back on Quarantine

Good afternoon everyone!! Haha this week was so good it flew right by. Just like they always do:') we got put back into quarantine this week. We weren't very happy about that. But we always make the most of what we are given! You have to or else life would suck. I guess we got put back in because of the state governments or something. Idk I just follow Priesthood keys and do what I'm asked to do. We were still able to go to church yesterday and we can also go to the church for lessons but besides that, we are back in the apartments grinding out the phone book. Haha jk jk we call lots of members. Elder Libby hasn't been feeling the best and so we are in our apartment for sure these next couple days.

We had interviews this week!!! It was over zoom so that was kind of sad but it makes sense because president has 260 interviews to do and we still have zone conference. Wowza!! That man has probably been staring at a screen for the past week. Poor guy. He is amazing though and always soooo good to visit with him.

We had an hermano in the ward who is working on photography. He is actually really good for just starting but he asked us to do some member service and go on a shoot with him. So we went on a shoot at 7am. Just because we didn't want to go during the day when we could be calling. We had lots of fun doing different things. Lots of good laughs and feeling awkward but laughing about it. We still haven't gotten any pictures back. I'm pumped for when we do.

This morning I was reading Michelle D Craig's talk from conference. She said, "Wait and trust in God and in His timing, because you can trust His heart with all of yours." He really is someone we can confide in 100 percent. He is always there and always looking to help us. I love the Book of Mormon because through it we can learn of God's love. Through the scriptures He can talk to us. We had a video call yesterday with a member. As we talked she bore testimony of the Book of Mormon and said, "The Book of Mormon lifts us up." That's exactly right! God's love through the scriptures lifts us up. I loved that.
